Data Deletion Request
Submit a request to delete your server-side data from BMcks Apps. We'll process your request and notify you by email.
How it works: Our apps store data by device ID — no account sign-up required. Submit your email below and we'll delete any server-side records associated with it (newsletter subscriptions, journal entries, purchase history) and confirm by email within 5 business days.
What will be deleted
- Newsletter subscriptions linked to your email
- Journal entries and AI reflections (if synced)
- App usage data and analytics events
- Push notification subscriptions
- Any other server-side records tied to your email
